Description
ImmoScout24 is the largest real estate internet platform in Germany. Properties for private as well as commercial use are offered on the website. However, the RWI-GEO-REDC data only cover commercial properties. The dataset covers most characteristics collected on the platform like price, size and characteristics of the property but also automatically generated items like the duration of the advertisement spell.
Data delivery information (English)
The data sets are available free of charge for scientific purposes as a Scientific Use File (SUF) off-site and on-site. The FDZ Ruhr makes the data available to researchers for non-commercial use only. Use is project-related and possible in two ways, Scientific Use File (SUF) and guest researcher stay. Both types of access require an application from the user. If you are interested in one of our datasets, we offer you the opportunity to simply apply for data online.
